What will you do?
- Confirm and process customer orders in the production schedule
- Update the production schedule with jobs changes using the existing digital solutions
- Create and follow-up on work orders in SAP
- Adjust work orders when alternative components are used
- Run the missing component analysis and coordinate missing components needs with purchasing and in-house production
- Prepare various production reports / KPI
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
What will you need to succeed?
- Professional B.S. degree in Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Administration
- Materials and Production planning experience (at least 5 years)
- Manufacturing Industry Environment
- Advanced English
- APICS
