What will you do if join us?
- Fulfill the self-sales target and lead sales team to fulfill team target defined in respective Financial Year.
- 完成当个财年度定义的自己的销售目标,并带领销售团队完成当个财年度定义的团队目标;
- Promote designated Siemens products to the market.
- 向市场推广西门子指定产品;
- Keep frequency contact to customer, distributor, general contractor, partner etc. and establish good but also effective, long-term relationships on all levels and to all departments.
- 与客户、经销商、总承包商、合作伙伴等保持密切的联系,并与各部门建立良好且有效的长期关系;
- Observe the market to develop new and more business opportunity / offers / partners / channels.
- 观察市场,开拓新的、更多的商机/优惠/合作伙伴/渠道;
- Provide input to sales forecast; collect all available market data and forward to supervisor.
- 为销售预测提供支持;收集所有可用的市场数据并转发给主管;
- Provide customer with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation); Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion (i.e workshops, seminar roadshow and etc.), guide the customer and make added value to the customer.
- 为客户提供最新的信息(产品、价格、文件); 定期安排新技术、新产品的推广(如研讨会、路演等),引导客户,为客户创造附加值;
- Be familiar and implement the strategy, price policy, process of the business units.
- 熟悉并执行各业务单元的战略、价格政策、流程;
- Other related tasks assigned by superior.

Who are we looking for?
- 5 years working experience for relevant industries related customers;
- 5年以上相关行业相关客户工作经验;
- Working experience with international companies or colleagues is preferred;
- 有跨国公司工作经验或同事优先;
- SI products knowledge (may specified for different product line sales);
