  • You will work closely with the CFO of the Customer Service segment, the Head of Controlling and the Finance Heads of all regions.  
  • In your role you will coordinate / control all closing and planning activities (actual, forecast and budget) related to the main P&L as well as balance sheet items and ensure their completeness and accuracy in close coordination with segment management  
  • In addition, you will continuously monitor and analyze actual, forecast & budget and clarify relevant variances across all regions with the aim of ensuring high forecast accuracy in the main KPIs of our regions and segments  
  • You are responsible for the monthly global reporting of the segment and the derivation of measures in case of deviations 
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the conceptual development and digitalization of reporting 
  • You will ensure accurate and continuous forecasting for all relevant financial KPIs and have an interest in further developing the existing controlling and reporting tools   
  • Other responsibilities include supporting the segment management as needed in ad hoc/special projects and/or other tasks delegated by the executive team
  • You will lead your team and be responsible for the further development of your employees. 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a degree in business administration (or comparable knowledge acquired during training at Siemens) 
  • Building on this, you have many years of relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably several years in central controlling  
  • You already have knowledge and experience in using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP), Self BI tools (e.g. SAC, PCA Dash, QlikSense) as well as profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point  
  • You are familiar with working in international teams and being close to top management  
  • You have several years of management experience
  • You have a strong understanding of controlling tools and are used to working with financial KPIs on a daily basis 
  • You bring flexibility and resilience to a changing environment  
  • Dynamism, initiative and proactivity are among your strengths  
  • You convince with a high level of analytical competence, a high level of commitment, your result orientation, a confident appearance and your assertiveness 
  • Business fluent German and English round off your profile
