Mission of Function: 
Define and drive the commodity strategy for assigned commodity, to promote the synergy and pooling initiatives across Locations. 
To develop the supplier base for assigned commodity, to make sure the supply chain security and enable supply chain excellence. 
To control the commodity budget and drive the sustainable improvement on the productivity. 

Job responsibilities: 
- In the job, put Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety as the top priority, and follow the requirement of SEAL Safe Production Responsibility. 
- Responsible for assigned commodity demand analysis, which should align with cross function teams, for Electrical Products development roadmap or NPI plan; yearly/ monthly demand forecast for the materials belongs to the commodity. 
- Responsible for Market analysis and benchmarking, to investigate and summarize the technology trend, target supplier market overview and demand/ supply status, and competitor benchmarking/ cost structure benchmarking. 
- To define and drive commodity strategy for assigned commodity, to drive the synergy and pooling opportunity across Electrical Products China locations and with global locations; The commodity strategy including the demand/ market analysis, supplier strategy, key initiative, and timeline for CNI activities, supplier base development plan. 
- Responsible for cross functional review for commodity strategy, which also should align with GCM team. 
- Responsibility for cost budget for assigned commodity, define a drive the sustainable productivity planning; responsible for annual supplier negotiation plan/execution, other cost down initiatives (CVE/e-auction). 
- Responsible and drive supplier Mgt. strategy for assigned commodity, define the strategy supplier criterial, and development plan; Responsible for regular supplier evaluation and supplier performance review, and work together with cross function team for supplier development plan; Responsible for supplier relationship, to have regular supplier business review and align the business development strategy. 
- The generation, uniform documentation, and communication in the network of material?related expertise (supplier / market / technology). Unrestricted 
- Representing his/her sphere of responsibility in purchasing-relevant / cross-functional decision-taking committees and ensuring the communication of the relevant information to the operative units in his sphere of responsibility (cross. interfaces / purchasing network). 
- Application of uniform tools/methods (e.g., negotiation method) and definition of requirements of purchasing processes and the tool landscape within his/her sphere of responsibility. 
- Exercising the escalation function in connection with purchasing activities in his/her sphere of responsibility. 

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience 
- Six or above years of experience in various commercial/accounting functions as well as experience in procurement/logistics. 
- Be fluent in English. Desirable: experience abroad and some capabilities to operate in foreign cultures. 
- Professional in Technical (product) knowledge, Commercial knowledge, Negotiation skills. 
- Advanced in Quality knowledge, Knowledge of contract law, IT tools and methods, Process knowledge, Giving presentations/Chairing meetings, Project management. 
- Good teamwork
