What will you do if join us?

  • Actively organize operation resources to support the early stage of sales
  • Supervise and inspect quality, schedule and cost of projects to achieve contract target and ensure all activities comply with PM@siemens.
  • Identify risk from project review and take measures to solve and reduce NCC by regularly review.
  • Regularly communicated with APAC of critical projects, NCC analysis and measures to reduce MG slippage, fcst and evaluate Revenue.
  • Drive for operation team to achieve financial target (including Rev, cash, MG & labor variance).
  • Visit customer regularly. Pay attention on customer satisfaction and feedback to team.
  • Drive for solution project handover to service team to increase SLA award.
  • Cooperate with relevant departments to promote business performance and targets.
  • Drive for business growth by improve team productivity and competency.
  • Understand engineering related laws and regulations and implementation.
  • Focus on employee development and make development.
  • Arrange regular review to ensure SBT TJ employees to meet certification requirement.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5 year big project management working experience. (>10M)
  • Professional experience in intelligence projects and digital projects
  • Experience in managing an operation team
  • Good English reading, listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and manage risks
  • Prefer to 1st certified PM/PMP/PM@siemens
