Responsible for supplier audit, quality management and improvement.
负责元器件的质量保证、器件相关的失效分析
Responsible for component quality assurance, component-oriented trouble shooting and failure analysis.
What are my responsibilities?
1.钣金等金属结构器件导入，样品认证，器件释放，系统数据维护。
Metal mechanical component introduction, sample qualification, component release, component data input and maintains in teamcenter.
2.供应商预审，VDA6.3审核。与供应商签署质量保证协议。
Supplier pre-assessment, VDA6.3 audit. General quality assurance/ quality assurance agreement subscription.
3.元器件质量管理，供应商质量监控和提高。
Component quality assurance and management, supplier/component quality monitor and improvement
4.元器件问题分析与解决，不合格品索赔。
Trouble shooting of material problem in incoming inspection & production line & return goods, unqualified component claim to supplier.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 机械元器件/材料学的基础知识。
Mechanical component/Material basic knowledge.
2. 机械元器件认证与分析的能力，元器件生产工艺和产品生产知识。
Mechanical component qualification/analysis capability, component manufacturing technology knowhow and product manufacturing process.
3. 钣金等金属结构器件相关的专业知识。
Mechanical specialized knowledge.
4. 供应商过程审核能力。
Supplier process audit skill.
5. 相关测试设备和工具的使用经验。
Test equipment / tool usage experience.
6. 优秀的英语沟通和书写能力。
Fluent spoken and excellent written English skill.
7. 五年以上相关经验。
Above 5 years working experience in related functions.
