We are looking for a highly motivated factory controller to help optimize and grow our DC EV Charger manufacturing facility in Wendell, NC. The factory controller with work closely with plant manager, purchasing, quality, and production to ensure efficient and profitable operations in an extremely fast growing market.

• Partner with the plant manager to drive strategic measures, KPIs, and financial results
• Support all functions to build accurate yearly budgets and monthly forecasts
• Ensure accurate books and records as well as the appropriate risk controls
• Evaluate the actual vs plan performance and implement measures to improve business performance
• Ensure correct costing of materials and audit material cost regularly to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with strategic procurement, purchasing, and logistics to ensure proper material availability and asset management

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in operational finance
• Experience in small to medium size manufacturing organizations
• ERP (SAP) and Finance systems knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Capable to successfully manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements
• Independent and self-driven
• Collaborative, team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with product costing
