What part will you play?

  • In your new role, the target is the global market introduction and growth of SCADA software (Simatic WinCC V7/V8), to be promoted and sold in context of solutions for customer use cases
  • You will lead the go-to-market team to define the strategy jointly with product owners, presales, sales and communications
  • You will define the marketing plan and implement the measures, such as online campaigns, sales enablement and fairs
  • You will convey a convincing value proposition considering both strategical as well as technical aspects – solving customer challenges
  • You will put special emphasis on the online experience as part of the overall customer journey
  • You are responsible for effective budget allocation and monitoring
  • You will be a key interface to several stakeholders across the global organization – including regular alignment with other businesses and regional sales organizations
  • You will represent the offering in your responsibility to external audiences in context of the overall Siemens solution
  • Finally, you will work in an agile environment that fosters target oriented, self-organized engagement in global communities and teams

What matter to us?

  • You hold a master’s degree in IT / business / engineering / ecosystem or similar field - if you have an alternative education with relevant professional experience, your application is also very welcome
  • You have several years of experience with automation in manufacturing industries
  • You have hands-on experience with SCADA Software, preferably Simatic WinCC V7/8 or comparable products from other vendors
  • You have strong (digital) Marketing skills, conveying value-add for B2B customers based on understanding customer demands, their (digitalization) use cases as well as the high-level technical implications
  • You are open to learn, take initiative and successfully manage stakeholders
  • Your social competence enables positive intercultural interaction with customers, management, business partners and colleagues in the team
  • You are business fluent in English language 
  • You are characterized by a high level of project management skills, being able to handle a high variety of tasks with resilience
  • You are open to travel internationally (limited extent)
