About the role

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for successfully handling everyday business activities as service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance, and system modification on demand for products within area of expertise.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Execute service activities coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner
  • Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters
  • Reporting ability of incidents using proper documentation
  • Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthineers

Education & Experience

  • B/Msc in related subject such as Biomedical Engineering
  • Service experience in Laboratory Diagnostics & systems (Biochemistry/Immunology)
  • Analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot a problem
  • Excellent business English & MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in Greek language
  • Ability to Travel
  • Teamwork and good communication skill
  • Knowledge of both Greek and English language

Note: This is a field-based position which may require travel and time away from home.
