In our Siemens GBS center, we are now opening a support position for a team from our German HQ. The main focus of the job is to assess whether communication materials from our global colleagues are brand compliant.
Your tasks:
- Standard design consulting for Siemens internal departments and external agencies on any questions concerning Siemens corporate guidelines
- Provide advice by phone and email on enquiries in area of audiovisual media, PowerPoint presentations, events, merchandising, brochures, apps, etc.
- Suggest improvements to designs submitted by customers.
- Answer questions about logo, layout, illustrations, icons, photography, video, key visuals, brand sound; or provide general advice.
- Research and reference documents, templates, and layout examples along with information on relevant links and downloads.
What we look for:
- comprehensive design knowledge, branding knowledge is a plus
- detail-oriented mindset
- proficient language skills in English are mandatory, (German is a big plus but not mandatory)
- knowledge of Canva tool is a big plus
- minimum 1 year experience (Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field)
- long-term commitment
- customer orientated and problem-solving mindset
