This is a part time position working up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate activities and resources across the Procurement Team
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers to ensure expectations are met
  • Handle incoming requests via phone or email
  • Some reporting will be required
  • Assist with vendor set ups through Supply Chain Management Systems.
  • Evaluate scope of work, resolve invoice discrepancies in accordance with standard billing practices
  • Proactively follow up with ongoing projects
  • Requires some use of business vocabulary and a general knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP)
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
  • Be able to succeed in a remote/office hybrid position
