Your responsibilites:
- Creation of the global marketing strategy and storyline based on alignments with Business Development, Communication Management, Solution marketing and cross division organizations
- Target group analysis, inclusion of market environment, competition, trend analyses, marketing instruments, sales channels, and strategic market positioning
- Creation and realization of annual marketing planning (4C) based on current business situation, objectives
- Presentation to customers and distributors
- Coordination and implementation of suitable marketing assets to fulfill the marketing strategy along the complete customer journey including digital and real marketing touchpoints
- Enabling Sales and acting as knowledge multiplicator
- Coordinating content on collaboration platforms (e.g. Yammer, Saba, Highspot), enabling and supporting lead generation activities
What we require:
- Work experience in sales or marketing, preferably in manufacturing industry and automation
- Transport of the work results to the target groups
- Presentation and argumentation skills
- Project management and coordination
- Capture complex technologies and present them in a very understandable form
