Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You act as the global Analyst/Scientist for Export Control and Customs topics (ECC)
- You are responsible for the introduction, further developments and establishment of new ECC review and monitoring dashboards - as part of the ECC digitalization initiative
- With regard to dashboards, you are the first point of contact for process and system changes as an interface between ECC and IT department
- You manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
- You develop and implement reporting related to digitalization initiatives and align with key stakeholders
- You provide proactive support – from the requirements definition to the implementation in the system – together with the appropriate IT department
- You give technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing
- You develop and follow up on digitalization relevant KPIs

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a completed degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have many years of professional experience in data analysis, and have also worked in international teams; some experience in the ECC function is desired
- You have experience in communicating with and managing global stakeholders
- You have very good knowledge of common MS office applications in particular Excel, Access and PowerPoint, as well as SAP
- You have experience in the selection and application of data analysis methods and their implementation in data evaluation tools
- You have many years of experience in the implementation of digitalization projects
- You have a profound understanding of data basis (e.g. SQL, MS Access) and data privacy demands
- Ideally, you are familiar with at least one of the different reporting tools (e.g. QlikView / QlikSense / Tableau) and have a high affinity for IT analysis / dashboard solutions
- You already have many years of sound professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we are also looking forward to receiving your application

- You can easily provide high quality visual representations of the results achieved

- You possess strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills
- You have a good understanding of business processes and underlying IT architecture and are fascinated by new and innovative technologies in the ECC field
