Then come and join our global team as Strategy Manager (f/m/d) M&A and Competition to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Collaboration Management of our Diagnostic Imaging (DI) business area
  • You will perform strategic analysis on a wide range of topics, i.e. market and competitor analysis, M&A targets and due diligence, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action areas
  • You independently lead strategic, cross-organizational projects on specific focus topics
  • You take responsibility in the implementation of overarching business strategies
  • With reference to M&A and competition topics, you will be responsible for strategic planning and evaluation of strategic options 
  • You make recommendations for further strategic development

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in a business, technical or scientific field. An MBA is an advantage
  • You convince with long-term professional experience in strategy development and/or in the M&A environment, which you have ideally gained at a top management consultancy, among others. Ideally, you have profound experience in the healthcare environment
  • You have successfully led larger, cross-functional projects on strategic issues
  • You have a high affinity for IT 

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English language skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. Good German skills are an advantage 
  • You have the special ability to inspire others and to convince them of your ideas
  • You convince with your methodical way of thinking as well as high analytical and organizational skills
  • You approach tasks in a structured, results-oriented manner and with confidence. In doing so, you place entrepreneurial action and decisions in the foreground and independently develop your network based on trust
  • You step boldly: It is in your nature to question the existing. You like to develop new approaches to solutions and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the entire organization
