Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented
- You will lead and coordinate an international, agile software project with distributed teams at the world's leading industrial group.
- You are active across domains (buildings, e-mobility, Internet of Things) with a focus on industry and sustainability
- You are responsible for defining the scope in coordination with customers and internal portfolio management and drive the creation of offers.
- You establish efficient structures in the project, lead through the agile ceremonies and continuously improve them during project execution
- You represent the project objectives to internal and external stakeholders and report up to C-level
- You are responsible for risk, claim, customer and supplier management, as well as compliance with common company-wide quality standards
- You represent the technical solution to the client's partners and are responsible for the delivery of software artefacts in coordinated cycles
Your qualifications - sound and adequate
- You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of experience in leading internationally distributed teams in large project organisations
- You are willing to travel internationally
- You have already gained experience in the field of digitalisation and are able to quickly familiarise yourself with different professional and technical domains.
- You have gained experience in agile software projects (preferably Scrum), knowledge of the Scrum of Scrum process is desirable
- You work independently as a driver of a wide variety of tasks and are characterised by high communication and collaboration skills as well as methodological competence
- Ideally, you have a basic sales background
- Existing certifications as a senior project manager, scrum master and/or product owner are an advantage and round off your profile
- You have a very good command of German and English
