We are currently looking for Code Developer Engineer for Digital Industry Process Automation, Operation Engineering Center, Engineering Excellence

What are my main responsibilities?

主要工作职责：

• The candidate will work as a Code Developer Engineer in an application-oriented R&D of process automation solution department for digital and new application direction in Industry background.

候选人将在过程自动化解决方案工程部门的研发组从事软件开发工程师的工作，研发内容主要是以工业场景下的数字化和新应用为背景的应用层面的开发。

• Identify the challenges and define the requirements through discussion with engineers and sales colleagues and practice in some real projects.

通过与应用工程师以及前端同事的交流识别工程前后端的挑战并定义研发需求。

• Technology research (literature survey, patent search, product review, open source investigation, etc.) to find best solution to implement the requirements.

通过技术检索（包括文献检索，专利检索，产品信息整理，开源资料的调查等）制定实现需求的最优方案。

• Framework setup with clear work package and technical path.

基于对软件需求的理解和软件架构的经验清晰地制定技术路线以及划分工作包。

• Lead code development engineer to complete the development and commissioning. Responsible for the key part of development.

指导软件开发工程师完成软件开发和调试工作。自己负责开发核心模块。

• Secondary development based on current Siemens software product to achieve requirements.

基于现有的西门子软件平台完成二次开发以实现应用需求。

• Collaborate with both global and local team to complete the development projects with high quality and in a timely manner.

在某些项目中与德国总部和本地的其它团队一起高质高效地协作完成开发。

• Validate and roll out development results in real projects. Responsible for training and coaching colleagues.

在实际项目中验证并推广研发成果。培训和指导同事使用。

• Continuous learning and improvement of current technical competencies. Summary of R&D projects with technical documents. Continuous organizing development results in a standardized/modularized way.

针对现有的开发能力持续学习和改进。对研发项目进行文档化的总结。对研发结果持续地标准化和模块化

• Responsible for data or lean relevant project and product management.

负责数据和精益项目和产品相关的管理 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Master degree above in computer science, IE (Industrial Engineering),    software engineering, data analysis, internet of things,  communication engineering or other equivalent majors.

在计算机科学、工业工程、软件工程、数据分析、物联网、通信工程等数字化或软硬件结合相关专业硕士研究生及以上学历

·       Java web application full stack developer, mindset and competence on both backend and frontend software development

Java web应用全栈开发工程师，对软件开发后端和前端都具备良好思维和设计能力

• Self driven spirit and proven record in innovative thinking and problem solving

自我驱动的工作方式和精神。可证实的创新思维和问题导向的思维品质。

• Solid concept and competence on fundamental development, capable of non-frame web development experience is better.

软件开发基本能力较好，具备无框架web系统开发经验的更好

• Familiar with backend framework like Spring Boot, familiar with frontend framework like Angular, Vue or React is better

     熟悉Spring Boot后端开发；熟悉Angular，Vue或React前端框架中的一种，了解多个更优

• Good communication skills and team spirit. Basic business English.

良好的沟通能力和团队协作。基本的英语沟通能力。

• Better to have mindset and experience on technical management

有技术管理思维和经验的更佳

• Familiar with data analysis, data mining or edge computing is a plus

对数据分析、数据挖掘、边沿计算、算法有所了解和涉及会更好

• Knowledge about automation system (experience of PLC, DCS, MES, industry bus, etc.) is a plus

熟悉自动化系统（对PLC、DCS、MES、工业总线等有所认识）更好

• Knowledge in Process Industry (e.g. Water, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverage etc.) is a plus

对流程行业（如水、制药、化工、食品饮料等）有所了解和涉及会更好

• Knowledge of simulation software or image processing algorithm is a plus

对工业仿真软件或图像处理算法有所了解和涉及会更好
