Job Description
In this role, 
  • You’ll develop and deliver strategic leadership messages on business strategy as well as strategic initiatives to inform, empower and engage employees.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to provide critical proactive and consultative guidance to business leaders on the overall business as well as initiatives and specific business scenarios. 
  • You’ll also monitor and optimize internal communications channels based on metrics, feedback and creating a positive digital experience for employees.
  • You’ll be the lead internal communicator on our crisis response teams.
This is a senior communications role and will work closely with our North American Customer Services business and business leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence and be part of the Leadership Team meetings and be able to advise and counsel senior leaders on optimal Employee & Leadership Communications strategies. By partnering with senior leadership, you’ll create new ways of developing specific communications strategies and messages. This role requires an individual with senior professional expertise and with extensive knowledge in leadership and organizational communications. This individual will also have experience and mastery in communications related to business operations, crisis communications, and diversity and inclusion. They will plan their own work according to targets that are mutually agreed upon, within a quarterly or annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have 10 – 12 years deep professional know-how and experience in a similar role and will have solid professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
