As an Inside Sales Team Lead dedicated to Siemens Digital Industries, you ensure our Inside Sales representatives work closely with our B2B customers to provide innovative and environmentally friendly solutions through our digital channels. You guide your team to drive overall customer happiness and are responsible to achieve annual sales growth aspirations.

Your daily work includes:

Building, mentoring, and developing a diverse team, managing process excellence and drive operational improvements, encouraging creativity in virtual and technology enabled selling approaches.

Driving the collaboration with the broader field sales teams as well as other supporting and country functions, enabling team members to improve customer relationships.

Coach your team on account planning, developing more efficient sales activities, and increasing sales revenues.

Following external industry trends around Insides Sales, Virtual Selling, Digital communications, and team collaboration excites you.

You are the right candidate for this position if the following description fits you...

  • Personally, you score with team leadership and coaching experience, are motivated to be part of a fresh and innovative set-up, and want to build-up and manage a team.
  • You are proud to work in Sales and inspired to see the vision for Inside Sales come alive.
  • You share our passion for (Siemens) technology, software, products, and services within the area of industrial automation and digitalization. You understand their value and can help customers get the most out of our portfolio. (e.g., HMI, SINAMICS, TIA Portal, Mindsphere).
  • Virtual Selling is not just a buzzword for you: You understand the flawless blend of engagement (e.g. Digital Selling, virtual communication, use of Social Media) with customers digitally to ensure outstanding customer experience.
  • You have excellent listening skills and an outspoken, and open communication style also converting excitement over Phone or Video calls.
  • Data analytics and understanding how to drive performance are your superpowers.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus: Swedish, Norwegian, Polish or British English.
