Mission:

Ability to plan the overall of Power electronic component independently, guide software and hardware engineers to develop power supply sub-components. Work closely with system architecture or project manager to ensure the design, quality, cost, and schedule for the project.

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with power electronics, digital and analog circuit knowledge, guide hardware and software engineers to complete the development of power components.

熟练运用电力电子，数字和模拟电路知识, 并且指导软硬件工程师完成电源子部件的开发设计

2. Familiar with power industry reliability and safety standards (IEC60950, UL), Develop detailed and perfect

technical solutions, simulation and test concept based on the rough concept by system architecture.

熟悉电源行业可靠性和安规标准（IEC60950，UL），能够基于架构师制定的粗略初始方案, 制定详细完善的技术解决方案，前期仿真和测试方案.

3. Guide schematic Design and support PCB layout in details.

指导原理图设计, 及支持检查 PCB 工程师完成布局布线.

4. Write design documents including: design spec, unit test spec and production test spec etc.

撰写相关设计文档,包括详细设计说明书,单元测试报告和生产测试指导说明书等.

5. Ability to solve technical difficulties in projects, such as issues in EMC testing, environmental testing, and system integration testing.

具备技术难点攻关能力，可以解决项目中的技术难点问题, 如：EMC 测试, 环境测试以及系统集成测试中遇到的问题.

6. Support other engineers in the team of design review and technology and innovation activities.

支持复查和评审组内其他工程师的设计,支持部门的技术建设和创新活动

Qualifications and Experiences:

1. 5 Years Power electronics HW design experience, Electrical engineering automation, Bachelor degree of Power electronics engineering related and above.

5 年以上的电源硬件设计经验, 电气工程自动化，电力电子相关专业本科及以上学历。独立或者主导完成过 ACDC电源和逆变模块开发。

2. Experienced in development of high power switching regulator (20KVA level), competence to develop power distribution modular or mainboard with MCU and DCDC controller for medical system.

熟悉大功率（20KVA）开关电源的设计要点，能围绕数字处理器和开关电源控制器开发系统配电模块和电源控制主板。

3. Deep understanding of Power and signal integrity, layout rules and EMC theory.

深入理解电源和信号完整性, layout 规则和电磁兼容性相关原理.

4. Familiar with test and analysis equipment in power hardware field.

熟悉电源和电源硬件设计领域的相关测试和分析仪器的使用
