Mission:

-Production line lean process improvement, lead digital project ; productivity project ; capacity and line balance, in order to ensure lean production and drives continuous improvement topics. 
-生产线精益流程改进，主导数字化项目，生产力项目，产能和线体平衡，以确保精益的生产，并推动持续改善。

Responsibilities:

1. -Production line lean project set up and follow, which to reduce cost and increase FPY, to fulfill OTD, improve efficiency and quality, such as digital solution, automation.
-生产线精益项目的建立和跟进，以降低成本和提高FPY，保证OTD，提高效率和质量，如数字化解决方案，自动化方案
2. -Develop and manage detailed project plans, costs estimates, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, also lead cross function team to be continuous productivity and ensure project complete success.
制定和管理详细的项目计划，成本估算，资源计划，风险缓解计划，并领导跨职能团队持续生产力并确保项目圆满成功
3. -Production line movement related project， include project management, progress control, executive-level reporting, OTDand mitigation plan.
生产线搬迁相关项目，包括项目管理、进度控制、执行级报告、OTD和缓解计划
4. -Measure and evaluate productivity status and drive new productivity ideas through VAM/PID(automation, digitalization and other measures) for future cost mitigation opportunities
通过VAM/PID(自动化、数字化和其他措施)衡量和评估生产力状况，并推动新的生产力理念，以创造未来的成本降低机会
5. -Production performance evaluation, capacity calculation for necessary manpower and machine in production according to forecast order

6. Preparing and releasing project management documents
准备和发布项目管理文件
7. -Supporting lean projects management in coordinating regular report to management team 
支持精益项目管理，协调向管理团队的定期报告

Qualification&Experience:

-Bachelor or Master degree or above in industrial engineering major or related 
工业工程专业或相关专业的本科或硕士以上学历
-Experience with international employers and customers; capabilities to operate in foreign cultures.
有国际雇主和客户的经验；能在外国文化中工作
-English speaking and writing skills
英语交流能力
-At least 5 years IE & 5 years PM working experience in electronic products manufacturing background. 
 有电子产品制造背景，至少有5年IE和5年PM的工作经验
- With rich IE and lean production practice experience, such as SMED, VSM. Be able to independently organize, lead and manage improvement projects. 
 具有丰富的IE和精益生产实践经验，如SMED、VSM。能够独立组织、领导和管理改进项目。
- Be able to design workstation, material trolley/tool etc. independently with NX /AutoCAD software. 
  能够使用NX/AutoCAD软件独立设计工作站、物料车/工具等
- Plant& process simulation with Siemens Teconomatix; 
 能用西门子Teconomatix进行工厂和流程模拟。
- Have systematic working ideas, good communication skills and coordination ability. 
 有系统的工作思路，良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
- Lean manufacturing certification preferred, or similar operating systems preferred。
 有精益生产证书者优先，或类似操作系统者优先
- Strong personality and leadership, Motivation for continuous improvement. 
 有好的个人品格和领导力，有持续改进的动力。
