  • Build and maintain focused network in OEM account customer, in both management and operation levels.
  • OEM account customer transparency: Org-chart, key operation process, subsidiaries etc.
  • OEM account customer development plan (CDP): potential, market share, business plan, pipeline, actions etc.
  • Define concrete actions to develop sales lead and fulfill target in CDP.
  • Lead OEM account sales team, drive spec-in and implement Push-Pull strategy to increase DI share of wallet in OEM account customer.
  • Prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
  • Be familiar with related products, applications and solutions, including service.
  • Drive exchange of account management experiences and best-practices.
  • Contribute to the development of an after sales service that is focused on customer’s needs.
  • Generate client specific products and service portfolio concepts, if suitable across all services of a business.
  • Be responsible for OEM account team setup and development, be responsible for defined sales program implementation in the team. Be responsible for compliance steering in the team.
  • Lead SU/BU SUP/AT/TSS resources to develop competitive application/solution after customer demand analysis.
  • Analyze OEM account customer team competence gap and organize internal/external resource to close the GAP.
  • Competence and Knowledge

1.     Education and Experience
• Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. automation, electrical, electronic etc.
• 5+ years sales related experience and marketing management experience
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Comprehensive/Cross-functional experience is preferred

2.     Business experience focused on:
• Holistic understanding of Siemens products, solutions or service portfolios.
• Clear & strategic picture of Sales proposition, function and channels.

3.     General Competences
• Analyze and problem solving, have strong strategic-thinking mindset and ownership to drive business in fast changing environment.
• Capable to guide, lead and control the whole sales cycle
• Management and leadership skill esp. in people development, motivation and empowerment.
• Skillful in tailor communication & story Telling
• Mobilize stakeholders and resource handling
