Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Support our ultrasound department and in the organization of strategic events, European congresses and Marketing collaborations
- We offer you a variety of tasks in contract processing. Main examples include: speakers’ agreements for lectures at European congresses or customer events, Key Opinion Leader visits to our Head Quarters, Advisory Panel events
- You will process contracts for the above key events
- You will help clarify all compliance and tax issues
- You take over the contract archiving, comparison and maintenance of the contract database
- In agreement with the speakers, you take over the travel management
- And also, the creation of orders and invoice management support of the cooperation team

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently studying law or a comparable field of study
- You are confident in dealing with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (Acrobat)
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- You are available to us at short notice and you bring flexibility with you
- You are exactly the right person for this position if you want to "make the future possible" with us
- We would like a long-term cooperation with 15 hours per week
