Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support the Contract Management for Ultrasound – EMEA.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support our ultrasound department and in the organization of strategic events, European congresses and Marketing collaborations
  • We offer you a variety of tasks in contract processing. Main examples include: speakers’ agreements for lectures at European congresses or customer events, Key Opinion Leader visits to our Head Quarters, Advisory Panel events
    • You will process contracts for the above key events
    • You will help clarify all compliance and tax issues
    • You take over the contract archiving, comparison and maintenance of the contract database
    • In agreement with the speakers, you take over the travel management
    • And also, the creation of orders and invoice management support of the cooperation team

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying law or a comparable field of study
  • You are confident in dealing with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (Acrobat)

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You are available to us at short notice and you bring flexibility with you
  • You are exactly the right person for this position if you want to "make the future possible" with us
  • We would like a long-term cooperation with 15 hours per week
