• Design of software solutions based on Software requirements and architectural /design guidelines.
• Ability to conceptualize a given problem, plan and implement a solution, test it, debug any problems, and present an uncomplicated, easy to use solution to enhance user experience.
• Detailed eye for design, focusing on client interaction, ease of use simple, yet attractive designs.
• Highly motivated self-starter with extensive experience in core aspects of application design, web application development
• Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on time projects.
• Ability to mentor and Guide junior team members is essential.
• Collaborate on cross-functional and globally located teams.
• Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning

What you need to make real what matters

• We need a graduate - Bachelor / Master of Engineering in CSE / IT / ECE, MCA with overall experience of 12+ years in design and development of Enterprise Applications and 4+ years of hands-on experience of developing and hosting enterprise solution in cloud native style using Java, Spring boot, Angular etc.,
• Strong Knowledge with hands on experience in Linux based Dockers, Kubernetes, Docker networking, knowledge on network protocols and VPN.
• Build solution for business problems that work on premises as well as in public / private cloud.
• Knowledge on hosting the services in cloud environment with security conscious.
• Perform state-of-the-art product development activities, with an emphasis on the “quality attributes” (such as performance, reliability, availability, and security)
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns and familiarity with enterprise application architectural styles (Broker, Serverless etc.,)
• Strong knowledge in database technologies, distributed cache management, Security and secure deployment of micro-services in cloud and on-premises.
• Excellent Design and Programming skills on Server-side development using multi-threaded programming based on Java.
• Knowledge of cloud networking fundamentals like VPC , NAT gateway, security groups.
• Working knowledge of Source code control like TFS, GIT or similar CM tools
• Familiarity with PC-lint, Coverity and/or other code quality tools, performance analysis etc.,
• Good understanding of Deployment Pipelines, DevOps (Azure, Jenkins) and related tools
• Possessing certification as cloud certified architect by reputed authorities like Google, AWS, Azure is added advantage.
