What will you do if join us?
- Seek new qualified SI or refine current SI to lead the relevant branch market and add the market share
- Support SI and drive SI to keep the pace with DI business strategy
- Familiar with Siemens industry products, systems, solutions, service, and digitalization module as well as branch technology, promote and support SI to learn and enhance the engineering competence.
- Owner of SI contract, incl. signing, explanation, contract review, etc.
- Driving total volume of responsible SIs, including: Drive key opportunities; Implement DI strategy and process; Conduct sales promotion
- Supporting SIs to develop SI own business, including: Manage key customers behind SI and conduct joint key customer development; Support SI business planning and conduct review; Organize SI trainings
- Responsibility of market share within SI: Increase SI transparency, Develop Siemens market share
- Responsible of DI portfolio promotion in Pab customers, can promote suitable solution according to customer requirement.
- Order work incl. follow-up of delivery issues, etc.
- Systematic sales approach to SI, including CDP and CRM maintenance, etc.
- Internal data reporting request
- Coordinate Siemens internal resources to support key opportunities and SI development
- Coordinate with Siemens sales and SI for deep project cooperation
- Follow Siemens compliance regulation and rule
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or above major in Industry Automation Control
Digital business experience；
Basic English reading, writing and speaking
3 years above sales working experience in automation or relevant
Flexible for frequent business trip
Able to work under pressure
