Customer Service Leadership Development Program (CSLDP) Intern

Siemens Large Drives LLC is looking for a Customer Service Leadership Development Program Intern (CSLDP) to join our new motors and large drives company Innomotics.

The CSLDP Internship is a 12-week program and is the pathway to entering the full-time CSLDP rotational program. This summer you will be challenged and grow a wider knowledge about the business, processes, people, and products of Innomotics. You will also gain exposure and be able to network across all areas of the customer service business segment. Upon completion of the internship, you will also have a key role in developing and crafting the future of the program.

In Innomotics CSLDP Internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to improve business strategies across one or more of the many areas of the customer service organization for Innomotics such as:

• Sales & Marketing: Portfolio Management, Business Development, Digitalization, and Sales Support
• Service Delivery: Project Management, Field Service, and Repair Operations for Motors & Drives
• Quotation & Technical Support: Quotation, Booking, Order Management, and Engineering Support

This position is located in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA, Norwood, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Kansas City, MO. Housing allowance will be considered based on geographical distance from school/home residence to work location.

• BA/BS Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, Business (with strong technical capability)
• Graduation Date: Rising Juniors/Seniors with a graduation date by June 2024
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August of 2023
• Minimum Cumulative GPA: 3.0
• Must be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Kansas City, MO for duration of the internship
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Desired Technical Skills: Project Management, Microsoft Suite Software, Programming Knowledge
