Job Title: Financial Analyst

What are my responsibilities?
Areas of Responsibility
• Whole BU level SG&A topics management incl. variance analysis, rolling FC/yearly budget both horizonal (by segment) and vertical (by detail cost category)
- Detail BU own cost analysis focusing on personnel cost (incentive, social benefit and etc), marketing budget monitoring/management, fixed assets/certificate management, TECGEC management, BU internal allocation cycle and etc
- Detail analysis/monitor/simulate Corporate charges (SuFu), Opco level allocation (CoFu/SF/CCC)
- Coordinate/monitor/OC SG&A positions
- Drive SG&A topics reporting digitalization such as Qlik
• Whole BU level HC topics management incl. variance analysis, rolling FC/yearly budget; both horizonal (by segment/department) and vertical (by HC function)
- Actively communicate with HR BP and HR TA for HC changes
- Holistic view of cost view and HC view HC by different segment/departments by HC function
- Full transparency actual HC and HC to go
• Act as proactively and competent business partner for DI PA AE segment, provide comprehensive full P&L analysis on segment level, support segment head for daily commercial operation and necessary data analysis; Play a key role in communication with AE HQ commercial colleagues for regular review and normal financial/commercial topic
• Other monthly end closing topics such as accrual, special JV, SLA billing, FC input to SAP and etc
• Quarterly actual yellowsheet refresh and updates
• Drive internal controlling digitalization such as reporting go to Qlik, using RDA/RPA to improve working efficiency
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• newly graduated equal or before March 2023
• Quick learning ability, structural thinking, detail driven and results oriented; highly motivated and ready to take on challenges, excellent communication skill
• Excellent command of English both oral and written
• Basic IT skills such as (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Mendix, KNIME…)
