Then come and join our global team as Senior IT Contract Manager (f/m/d), to independently negotiate, draft, and manage complex IT contracts for our company.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position can be filled at any of our Siemens Healthineers locations worldwide.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You independently negotiate, draft, and finalize IT contracts (e.g., service agreements, software licenses, project contracts) with suppliers, demand owners and partners, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • You monitor contract fulfillment throughout the contract lifecycle ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled and risks are mitigated, manage contract changes and resolution of contractual disputes and claims.
  • You manage and enforce claims, including identification, documentation, and resolution of contractual disputes and deviations.
  • You collaborate closely and intensively with CoE, Legal, Procurement, and both strategic and operational provider management to align contract terms with business objectives, technical requirements and ensure risk management as well as compliance standards.
  • You coach and consult teams in defining meaningful requirements (functional, technical, and non-functional).
  • You advise project managers, service leads, service owners and IT management on contractual matters, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • You manage and execute end-to-end RfI and RfP (Requests for Information / Proposals) for IT services and projects to source and contract IT services with high quality from requirement definition to contract award and implementation, including bid evaluation and support of the selection process.
  • You support the continuous improvement of contract management and RFP/RfI processes, tools and automation.
  • You monitor contract performance, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables.
  • You maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant IT technologies, industry standards, and best practices in contract management.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a University degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You convince us with several years of experience in contract management, IT Service Management, Project Management and Sourcing & Procurement, ideally in the IT Telecommunication / Infrastructure sector or in a large corporate environment.
  • You have proven track record in independently negotiating and managing complex IT contracts and claims.
  • You have experience with RfI and RfP processes and bid management.
  • You show a strong understanding of IT technologies, project management methodologies, and service operations in a corporate context.
  • You demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with CoE, Legal, Procurement, and provider management teams.
  • You have solid IT fundamentals or a strong willingness and ability to quickly acquire the necessary IT knowledge.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a Plus.
  • Experience with international contracts and cross-border negotiations are preferred. 
  • Familiarity with compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements in IT contracts is a Plus.

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
