We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Americas Business Developer to drive growth in Siemens’ Additive Manufacturing (AM) portfolio. This role will focus on expanding market presence, engaging machine builders, and promoting Siemens’ Digital Thread and software and hardware solutions across the U.S.
We are looking for an Americas Business Developer. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Develop and execute national business development strategies for Siemens’ Additive Manufacturing solutions.
- Engage with machine builders to position Siemens automation and software components.
- Promote Siemens DI AUT and Software (SW) solution sets, including simulation and digital twin technologies.
- Apply Challenger Sales techniques to identify customer needs and deliver differentiated value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing.
- Represent Siemens at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and report on progress to leadership.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 10+ years proven sales acumen with a track record in technical solution selling.
- Deep understanding of Siemens Digital Thread concepts and how they apply to Additive Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Siemens DI AUT and SW portfolios, including automation and simulation tools.
- Experience selling to machine builders, with knowledge of both automation and software components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong grasp of digital twin concepts and simulation technologies within the Additive Manufacturing industry.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
