We are looking for Testing Engineer (Assembly & FAT)  – Railway Signaling Products - Metro and Export projects

You’ll make a difference by

• Knowledge in railway signaling product assembly and testing
• Having exposure of working in a factory environment
• Conduct manual probe testing to verify the integrity and functionality of electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and connectors.
• Analyze test results to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential manufacturing issues.
• Testing of PCB's and awareness about ESD safe environment
• Troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions using quality tools
• Hands on experience in integrating, testing, wiring harness assembly
• Analyzing the drawings, SOP, test specifications and preparing BOQ
• Cross function coordination of design, projects and quality
• Document test procedures and generate detailed reports.
• Handling Metro and export projects customer inspections and documentation.
• Maintain awareness and adherence to SIL-4 safety standards.
• Flexible working in rotational shift
• Hands-on experience in 5S and continuous improvement culture & MS office skill.

Desired Skills:

• Education: Diploma/BE in ECE/EEE/E&I
• Experience: 5+ years in railway signaling product assembly and testing.
• Expertise in PCB testing and trouble shooting.
• Hands-on experience with Handling the measuring instruments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015, IRIS, SIL-4 compliance and factory audits.
• Knowledge on crimping.
