We're looking for a part-time Procurement Support specialist to manage purchase orders and related processes.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Creating and processing purchase order shopping carts in ONE SRM/SAP
  • Tracking PO status and reporting
  • Supporting staff with purchasing queries
  • Preparing procurement-related presentations

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of  English and German (both written and spoken)
  • ONE SRM and SAP experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • MS Office proficiency
