Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

•                    Promote Siemens Energy technology and demonstrate our value proposition of delivering reliable, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions.

•                    Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy plans for your region and customers in collaboration with execution units to achieve profitable growth, market share, and strategic customer engagement.

•                    Accomplish business targets including profitable order growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.

•                    Foster an agile work culture and promote a digital mindset by developing and implementing a digital sales strategy.

•                    Drive service, product and solution sales across the region.

•                    Ensure collection of payments in coordination with the Finance team.

•                    B.E. (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)

•                    Excellent communication skills.

•                    Strong team-player and interpersonal abilities.

•                    Excellent stakeholder management skills.

•                    Ability to persevere under pressure.

•                    Decision making

•                    Minimum 15-17 years relevant experience. Preferably from Power Transmission or Distribution Industry
