Learning strategist - Sales Enablement Expert – Smart Infrastructure Nordics 

SI Nordics is looking for a passionate Learning strategist, Sales Enablement to strengthen the commercial capabilities of our sales teams across the Nordic region.

Your Mission
In this high impact role and as part of the Sales Excellence team in Nordics you will drive Sales Enablement in SI Nordic in close cooperation with SI HQ and the Business Unit heads and Sales Managers in the 
BU´s. 

You will:
Deliver impactful training in value-based selling, negotiation, and customer engagement
Drive adoption of Siemens’ modern sales methodologies and embed them in daily sales routines.
Lead onboarding and continuous learning programs
Provide coaching, deal support, and facilitate account planning sessions
Develop and continuously improve our training portfolio and learning strategy
Ensure competence development aligns with our strategic goals
Lead Nordic-wide onboarding, learning programs related to competence development
Support the organization and offices with relevant system, process, and customer-focused training

Who You Are
3–5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, Sales Training, or Sales Management
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., value selling, Challenger)
Skilled communicator and experienced trainer and facilitator
Thrives in an innovative, fast-changing environment
Technical B2B experience is a plus
Fluent in English
