We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Protection and Automation.

You’ll break new ground by:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the energy sector (utilities, transmission and industrial clients).
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (utility and transmission companies, EPC contractors and system integrators).
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Lead the sales team and drive business development initiatives for relay protection, control systems, and power automation technologies across the country.
  • Monitor the offer-to-order process and provide professional consultations as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the energy sector.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to annual business planning.
  • Identify emerging technologies and customer needs for digital substations and grid automation.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Automation Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years sales experience in energy sector (utilities, transmission and industrial clients) or similar.
  • Strong understanding of substation automation systems, SCADA architecture, and industry-standard communication protocols. Knowledge of grid protection schemes.
  • Experience in managing sales professionals and teams is a plus.
  • Being a communicator who excels in English (German is a plus!) and excels at building long-term customer relationships.
  • Being a master of digital tools - from CRM systems and Salesforce to selling techniques, you know how to harness the power of technology to get results.
  • Ability to travel (30–50%). Driver’s license.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
