We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Manager / Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a national mobile truck tour showcasing Siemens products and services. This role combines strategic project management and logistical planning and scheduling to deliver an engaging on-the-road brand experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager who thrives on managing complex logistics, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and creating exceptional experiences that drive engagement and awareness.
We are looking for a Technical Mobile Experience Event Project Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of the mobile truck tour, including routing, scheduling, staffing and onsite operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, local partners, and field representatives to align objectives and deliverables.
- Facility Coordination: Work with external agency to manage host facility access, parking, electrical requirements, safety compliance, and on-site logistics.
- Request Management: Review, evaluate, and prioritize location and activation requests to ensure alignment with tour objectives and schedule feasibility.
- Master Calendar Oversight: Build and maintain a comprehensive master tour calendar outlining dates, stops, logistics, and key milestones; communicate updates regularly across teams.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Partner with logistics vendors, production teams, and transportation provider to ensure smooth truck operations and timely arrival at each location.
- Budget Management: Track all associated costs, manage vendor invoices, and ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
- Onsite Execution: Oversee tour activations when needed; manage setup, tear-down, and onsite engagement elements.
- Reporting: Collect feedback, measure success metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement and future planning.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, experiential marketing, or large-scale project coordination.
- Experience with mobile tours, brand activations, or multi-city event programs preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating polished presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
- Manages complex projects with precision, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Builds strong relationships and thrives in cross-functional team environments.
- Leverages data and metrics to inform decisions and evaluate success.
- Prioritizes stakeholder, attendee, and sponsor experience in all planning stages.
- Represents the company confidently with partners, vendors, and executives.
- Approaches challenges with adaptability, curiosity, and a drive for continuous learning.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
