Siemens is seeking an experienced individual with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to strengthen our security posture. This role combines traditional physical security responsibilities with advanced technology integration to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple sites.
You will lead initiatives that leverage AI/ML for predictive threat analysis, anomaly detection, and automation of security processes. Additionally, you will be open to being trained to conduct site physical security assessments, manage compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and support case investigations when incidents occur.
We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence & Physical Security Analyst-AI & Machine Learning Focus. This is a hybrid position located in Orlando, Florida.
You will make an impact by:
Security Strategy & AI Integration
- Develop and implement physical security strategies enhanced by AI/ML technologies for threat detection and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with IT and data science teams to design and deploy AI-driven security analytics platforms.
Site Assessments & Compliance
- Perform comprehensive physical security assessments across facilities, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Incident Management & Investigations
- Support investigations into security breaches, theft, or other incidents, utilizing AI tools for evidence analysis and pattern recognition.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Risk Management & Business Continuity
- Integrate AI-based predictive models into risk management and business continuity planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on crisis management protocols.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align physical security initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance on AI-enhanced security solutions to site security personnel.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the development of AI solutions, risk management, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience with AI/ML concepts and their application in business.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience conducting physical security audits and assessments a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with investigative techniques and evidence handling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must work well with a diverse and experienced team.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, video analytics, or predictive modeling tools.
- Prior experience in a matrixed or global organization.
- Certifications in any of the following are desirable: AWS, Azure, Google, and IBM (Coursera).

- The pay range for this position is $74,970-$128,520 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
