You’ll make an impact by

  • Reporting / data consolidation and analysis
  • 报表数据的整理及分析
  • Build up tracking mechanism, and monitoring improvement actions’ operation status
  • 建立跟踪机制，监控改进措施的执行情况
  • Data support to rebate calculation and simulation of partner business strategy and promotion policy.
  • 为制定合作伙伴业务战略、促销政策制定提供数据模拟和奖金计算
  • Assist to implement partner pipeline management in each region.
  • 协助实施各区域的合作伙伴渠道项目管理
  • Assist to organize partner meetings and trainings.
  • 协助组织合作伙伴会议和培训
  • Daily maintains for partner management related system.
  • 负责合作伙伴管理相关系统的日常维护
  • Develop and implement the partners’ certification process with SI SCE
  • 和SI SCE部门共同开发和实施合作伙伴认证管理流程

What do you need quality this position?

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Marketing, Business administration etc.,
  • 拥有市场营销、工商管理等相关专业的学士学位或以上学历；
  • Ability to processing large amount of data, familiar with Excel, PowerBI, PPT etc.
  • 能够处理大量数据，熟悉Excel、PowerBI、PPT等工具；
  • Good data sense, experienced with data analysis tool and methodology.
  • 具备良好的数据意识，有使用数据分析工具和方法的经验；
  • Proficiency English&Chinese language skills, including reading and speaking.
  • 精通中英语，包括阅读和口语；
  • Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills, clear logical thinking and growth mind.
  • 具备良好的沟通、交际和人际交往能力，拥有清晰的逻辑思维和成长心态；
  • Ability to handle tough projects independently, and able to handle high working pressure
  • 能够独立处理棘手的项目，并能承受较高的工作压力； 
  • Self-driven, work independently. Good team player, with certain experiences in relevant fields.
  • 自我驱动，能够独立工作。具备良好的团队合作精神，拥有相关领域的工作经验。
