We are looking for a highly proactive, results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our market share across our three core pillars: Industrial Connectivity, OT Cybersecurity, and Industrial Identification & Location Intelligence in Vietnam.

If you have a strong background in enterprise IT networking, a passion for business development, and the ability to drive growth through both direct engagement and channel partners, we want you to transform the everyday with us.

You'll make an impact by:

• Proactive Market Development: Acting as the domain expert to identify, prospect, and secure new business. You will engage directly with enterprise decision-makers—including CIOs, IT Directors, and OT leaders—to position Siemens industrial-grade networks as the premier choice for industrial and mission-critical environments.
• Driving Growth: Executing a dynamic Go-To-Market strategy. You will develop demand directly with end-users while simultaneously recruiting, enabling, and managing a strong ecosystem of channel partners and System Integrators.
• Strategic Co-Selling: Collaborating seamlessly with Siemens Field Sales Account and Vertical Managers. While they manage the holistic customer relationship, you will act as the overlay specialist—bringing deep technical and commercial expertise to pitch complex IT/OT architectures and secure the connectivity and security scope.
• Mastering the Portfolio: Positioning our premier industrial portfolios to bridge the gap between IT and OT:
• Industrial Connectivity: SCALANCE (Industrial Ethernet, WLAN, 5G) and RUGGEDCOM (harsh-environment routing and switching).
• OT Cybersecurity: Positioning defensible architectures, bounded authority concepts, Industrial Security Appliances, and SINEMA Remote Connect.
• Industrial Identification & Software: SIMATIC RFID (UHF/HF systems) and Siemens Location Intelligence software for precision asset tracking and digital twin enablement.
• Competitive Positioning: Articulating the technical and commercial advantages of Siemens robust, IEC 62443-certified hardware to successfully position our solutions on the factory floor.

What You Bring:

• Proactive Sales Mindset: A strong track record of business development, consistently achieving sales targets, and successfully opening new accounts. You are comfortable leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• IT/Cybersecurity Sales Background: 5+ years of successful sales experience in Enterprise IT Networking, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure. Experience positioning portfolios such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Juniper is highly valued.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of enterprise network architectures, wireless technologies, and network security. An understanding of OT environments, industrial protocols (e.g., PROFINET, Modbus), or physical tracking technologies is a strong advantage.
• Collaborative Selling: Proven experience in a matrixed organization. You know how to successfully co-sell alongside primary Account Managers, acting as a value-adding subject matter expert.
• Executive Presence: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with C-level executives, IT team and plant/factory engineers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.

• Flexible mobile working policy that allows for time off for you to recharge and spend more time with your loved ones [Depends on the local working arrangement].
