As a Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, clinicians, and engineers, as well as communicators and external partners, to drive successful adoption of our products in the clinical and research communities.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You drive business growth and lead global outbound marketing activities as Marketing Manager for the Ultra-High Field (UHF) segment, which covers MRI systems with 7 Tesla field strength and above, particularly MAGNETOM Terra.X.
- You are responsible for driving the development and implementation of marketing strategies for cross-portfolio initiatives centered on AI and MR productivity, particularly ‘Deep Resolve’, our deep learning image reconstruction solution.
- You manage and grow the UHF community and act as AI advocate in our MR organization.
- You enable outstanding customer experience within your area of responsibility, encompassing online product representation, development of marketing and sales support materials, as well as both virtual and in-person customer engagements.
- You advise on all marketing-related topics for your segment and echo market needs into development teams.
- You are responsible for defining and validating marketing claims in context of the release process for medical products (CE / FDA clearance).
- You adopt and implement (digital) marketing guidelines, programs, and standards into the organizational unit.
- You conduct market research and support in determining effective pricing, bundling and positioning structures. You contribute to budget planning and complete marketing-related reporting tasks.
- You represent Siemens Healthineers at major industry congresses, visit reference sites, and attend key customer events.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Physics, Medical Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field in natural sciences.
- You impress with your long-term experience in the field of MR imaging covering both clinical and technical aspects.
- You can engage in discussions on research topics with radiologists; Experience in clinical translation and participation in clinical studies, as well as engagement or interaction with the UHF community are considered beneficial.
- You have strong interest and comprehensive understanding of artificial intelligence, with a focus on its practical applications beyond traditional IT, particularly in medical imaging and radiology.
- You already have an understanding of marketing principles and tools and are very confident in presenting in front of groups, as well as in utilizing presentation software such as PowerPoint.
- In an optimal scenario, your profile is complemented by your know-how with MR focused research and MR image reconstruction / post-processing.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good English language skills and are confident within an international environment; German language skills are a plus.
- You have a creative, innovation-oriented mindset coupled with strong communication skills, which help you to translate customer feedback into compelling, target group-oriented marketing materials.
- You excel at storytelling and customer engagement; you communicate complex concepts clearly and build meaningful, trusted relationships.
- You impress with your strong presentation and moderation skills, even in front of international audiences.
- You are willing to travel approximately 20% of the time in order to represent Siemens Healthineers at customer events.
