We are looking for Production Manager – Railway Signaling Products - Metro and export projects

You’ll make a difference by

• : Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and testing of railway signaling cabinets and related products.
• Ensure compliance with Metro project specifications and export standards.
• Deep knowledge of cabinets, Electronic Interlocking (EI) systems and Metro signaling processes.
• Familiarity with RDSO and Metro customer inspection protocols.
• Strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, integration, wiring harnesses, and signaling components.
• Hands-on experience with Handling the measuring instruments
• Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with project management, design and sales teams for quotations and technical clarifications.
• Manage customer inspections and ensure quality compliance.
• Engage with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Evaluate and maintain supplier performance for electronics and electrical components.
• Train and mentor team members on production processes and quality standards.
• Promote adherence to SIL-4 compliance and safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of Metro and export project business models.
• Support cost optimization and timely project delivery.

Desired Skills:

• BE/B Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I
• 15 + years of metro and export projects in Railway signaling products.
• In-depth knowledge of Metro signaling cabinets, Electronic Interlocking, and Railway signaling standards.
• Expertise in assembly, wiring harness, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with RDSO guidelines, Metro customer inspections, and export documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills..
