Apply now for the position of Marketing & Communication Head Italy and you will be asked to ignite the brand's voice and meticulously orchestrate the strategy that drives company growth in Italy.
Your role:
- You will adapt and implement the Southern Europe marketing strategy and demand-generation plans in the Italian market, leading integrated campaigns (digital + offline), segmentation efforts, and product/portfolio positioning to ensure local market relevance and business impact.
- You will have strong focus on funnel management and performance marketing, covering campaign execution, automation, CRM activation, paid media and KPI/ROI optimization.
- You will have close collaboration with Business Lines to translate commercial priorities into marketing plans, go-to-market initiatives, and sales-oriented content.
- Results-driven marketing governance, leading annual planning, budget allocation, and measurement of marketing’s contribution to pipeline and business impact
- You will monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
- You will drive the content marketing strategy, overseeing the creation of high-quality, high-impact content across all platforms (web, social, video, events).
- You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team (Marketing, Comms, Digital, Events).
- You will oversee corporate branding and institutional communications, ensuring brand consistency across all activities.
- You will manage media relations, public relations, and develop/implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation.
- You will supervise the planning and execution of high-profile events (congresses, roadshows, fairs), including all event-related communication and engagement strategies.
Your expertise:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Digital Marketing/Transformation, or Science-related discipline).
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in similar B2B Marketing and Communications roles, specifically within the Medical Device or Capital Equipment industry.
- Deep understanding of B2B market dynamics and sector regulations/compliance.
- Demonstrated track record in defining and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong strategic vision and the ability to think innovatively to drive market growth.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and senior-level stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with key digital tools, including CRM, analytics and content management platforms.
- Experience in managing complex budgets and negotiating effectively with external vendors/partners.
- Strong leadership and highly developed communication and relational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory for managing global communication and international relations.
- International marketing experience, as part of a multinational marketing team.
- Good analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and a strong focus on quality and business impact.
- Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on operational levels.
- Strong data management and organizational skills – able to build analyses, with a focus on quality, trust, and motivation.
