Role Description:
We have an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies Sales team (Finland and Baltic) based in Helsinki, Finland.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to be part of our team.

Previous experience in a sales environment is considered an advantage, and experience working in an international company is preferred.

You are a self-starter, flexible, organized, and have an aptitude for getting things done. As a person, you are open, proactive, and have a positive attitude. Good communication skills are required in the role.

You work in a structured way, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable working independently.

Working with social media comes naturally to you, and your English skills are fluent.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Director and the Sales team, and Management team
• Organizes customer and internal meetings, sales events and training
• Support Marketing and Communication activities
• Manages sales documentation, contracts, and orders together with the team
• Actively operates internal and external communication
• Works closely and supports various internal functions at Siemens Healthineers as well as with external customers and suppliers
