What Makes Our Process Different?

No CV Bias: We’re changing the game. Your CV will need to be attached but won’t be seen by the hiring team until the final stage of the recruitment process. We focus on potential, not past experience.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

Join our 12-month internship in Siemens Financial Services and benefit from a tailored development program. We’ll create a personalised training plan to boost your skills and set you up for a successful career in the human resources and learning sector.

Your role will include:
  • Help drive varied and exciting P&O projects tackling key issues that affect our People, including the roll out of new processes and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with P&O colleagues to support the business through change and help to craft the future of work.
  • Research and analyse data to support current and future P&O activities.
  • Act as an ambassador for the P&O team while you network with a wide variety of colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • You’ll also have the flexibility throughout the internship to focus on topics and projects which most interest you.
What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
  • Studying towards a degree in HR or a business-oriented subject.
  • A clear passion for a career in HR and excitement about how data can drive future success.
  • A logical mentality with eagerness to learn and conduct independent research.
  • Ability to introduce fresh ideas and take initiative.
  • Enjoyment in collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
What’s In It For You?
  • 26 days paid holiday + 5 volunteering days
  • Discounts on everyday spending
  • Subsidised gym memberships
  • Participate in the Intern Collaboration Project, working across departments with likeminded interns on a passion project of your choice.
  • An induction week alongside your Early Careers cohort; build your network and get to know Siemens.
  • A celebration at our Early Careers Gala when you complete your programme!
