Then come and join our global team as Project Manager (L&D) Talent Acquisition (f/m/d), to design, deliver, and optimize learning solutions that enhance the capability, effectiveness, and performance of our Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role will serve as a bridge between TA and L&D, ensuring Recruiters and Hiring Managers are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a competitive market
This position can either be located in Crawley (UK), Atlanta (USA) or Germany.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Design
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs across Recruiter, TA Manager, Sourcer, and Hiring Manager populations.
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with broader TA and organizational goals (e.g. EVP storytelling, candidate experience, interview calibration).
- Design learning paths, toolkits, and resources to support full-cycle recruitment training from sourcing to onboarding.
Program Development & Delivery
- Create and facilitate engaging and impactful learning programs including workshops, onboarding for new TA team members, recruiter upskilling sessions, and interview training for hiring managers.
- Develop e-learning modules, microlearning, and blended learning content to support scalable delivery.
- Curate or source external training programs, tools, or platforms as needed.
Enablement & Change Management
- Act as a change agent in driving best practices across the TA function (e.g., behavioral interviewing, structured assessments, inclusive hiring practices).
- Collaborate with People Analytics to track TA performance metrics and evaluate the impact of learning interventions on hiring outcomes.
- Coach TA leaders and senior stakeholders on embedding a continuous learning mindset.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Talent Management teams to ensure alignment and integration of recruitment capability initiatives.
- Support global or regional rollouts of recruitment technology and tools with enablement training.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- You have many years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global corporate position.
- You have demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs for recruiting professionals and/or hiring managers.
- You have a strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, tools, and challenges.
- You possess proficiency with learning platforms
- You have experience working with global or cross-functional TA teams.
- You have a background in behavioral science, coaching, or instructional design.
- Ideally you have a certification in facilitation, coaching, or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).

- You have fluent English language skills (verbal & written)
- You possess excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- You excel by your ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrixed organisation
