Designing, implementing, executing, monitoring upskilling programs for workmen in O GIS Goa aligned with business goals to address skill gaps and future needs.

Conducting identified relevant training, facilitating online courses, and certification programs to ensure workmen receive relevant training as per plan and identified gap.

Setting aptitude tests, conducting aptitude tests, evaluating the results for assessment of workmen as per their classified catagory of work.

Coordination with HR, department heads, supervisors and external training providers to develop and impart effective trainings.

Preparing and Managing budgets for training programs while ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality learning.

Assessing the effectiveness of upskilling initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance review of workmen.

Ensuring training programs adhere to industry regulations/norms.

Preparing reports for review of senior management.

Reflecting relevant inputs in systems as records of plans and trainings conducted for every individual workmen.

Leading initiatives to help workmen adapt to new technologies and evolving job roles.
