This will be your impact:

  • Process Design and Automation: As a process expert for the Lead-to-Cash process across SFS, SRE, and Service & Governance, you’ll analyze global and regional needs and ensure systems are aligned using harmonized templates for financial processes.
  • Business Requirements Evaluation: You’ll review business needs for order management, including customer communication, and design clear, efficient processes that meet both business and technical goals.
  • System Harmonization: You’ll align systems and templates with financial reporting rules and legal standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Cross-Project Management: You’ll manage tasks that span multiple projects, including adapting guidelines and documenting changes to accounting instructions (AIFG).
  • Implementation and Development: You’ll lead process improvements from concept to go-live, creating solutions that work for both business and IT teams. You’ll also present current and future designs in your governance role.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • With Siemens corporate units (SFS, SRE, and Service & Governance) to align on future Lead-to-Cash process needs.
    • With Sherpa X project teams to ensure integrated and consistent solutions.
    • With contributors across the Sherpa X program.
    • With Siemens IT teams to support standard system delivery.


This is how you'll win us over:

  • Education: Master’s degree in business studies or economics or alternatively comparable qualification has been reached
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of finance related solutions, as well as experience with SAP S4
    • Expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes
    • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other Finance related solutions in general
    • You have 3-5 years of hands on experience and expertise in SAP SD
    • Expertise in other technical components relevant for the Lead-to-Cash Process within Sherpa X (SAP BTP, SAP DRC, EDI) is a plus
    • Knowledge of agile project methodology, experience in a global environment, operational business experience as well as intercultural experience is key
    • Affinity for IT and are willing to familiarize yourself with IT structures is helpful
  • Ways of working: Experience in working within virtual and global teams and you are a standout colleague with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages: Business proficiency in English
