About the Role:


Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Alliance Partner Manager Executive to drive co-sell service led-partnerships revenue and lead strategic relationships with multinational Cloud providers, enterprise service partners and system integrators across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. This senior role is pivotal in driving co-sell revenue, joint go-to-market strategies, developing differentiated solutions, and managing performance metrics to optimize success with Alliance Partners.


The location of this role is Dubai, UAE, with travel required throughout the Middle East region and on occasions for Turkey and within Africa.


Key Areas of Responsibility:


Co-selling & sourcing (~70%)

  • Together with the Sales Executives in direct sales, account activation: Align partner capabilities with customer account plans to jointly drive white-space opportunities and value propositions
  • Co-create innovative solutions with partners demonstrating Siemens’ SaaS engineering and manufacturing offerings
  • Together with the Sales Executives in direct sales, demand Generation: Design and implement joint campaigns with partners to generate qualified pipeline in priority accounts and segments
  • Sales Support and Pipeline Management: Integrate partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities into the sales cycle and actively manage pipeline health.
  • Manage Service Engagements: Oversee partner-led service delivery incl. sell of assurance packages to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term growth opportunities.


Governance, planning, enablement and execution (~30%)

  • Own and manage strategic partnerships across borders, aligning on joint initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and joint planning sessions with partners and Siemens stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans informed by market research and competitive analysis.
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market strategies, including co-sell, co-build, and co-deliver plans.
  • Evangelize partnerships internally, advocating for joint success and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline growth, deal velocity, and partner development.
  • Represent Siemens at Alliance Partner conferences and mentor junior Alliance Partner Managers.


Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of exceptional software sales performance, coupled with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and market share specifically through strategic co-sell Alliances
  • Extensive experience in developing, nurturing, and expanding high-impact partnerships with Alliance Partners: Global System Integrators (GSIs), Hyperscalers, and leading Cloud Providers at a regional or global scale.
  • Deep expertise in defining and implementing sophisticated Alliance partner-led go-to-market strategies for enterprise software solutions, particularly SaaS, including joint solution development and co-selling motions.
  • Highly advantageous: A background in driving partner success for software solutions within the manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders and articulate complex value propositions.
  • Mastery in influencing, guiding, and driving sales outcomes without direct authority, fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Robust analytical capabilities and keen commercial acumen to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on complex partnership opportunities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other partner relationship management tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Middle East, Africa & Turkey region to engage directly with partners and key customers.
