The Electrical Products Business of Siemens Industry, Inc. is in the midst of a global, business-led process transformation which using the S4/Hana SAP ERP system. This transformation enables core business processes in the S/4 Hana system while supporting nuanced business processes in the surrounding boundary systems. This includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quotation, Pricing and Configuration (CPQ), Order Management, Product Life-Cycle Management (PLM), Engineering, Data Analytics, Install Base and Field Service Management.
We are looking for Service Process Manager. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners GA .
You’ll make a difference by:
- Provide in-depth process expertise for service processes with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
- Work with business experts to define detailed requirements for business needs, develop user stories, and organize business testing and solution deployment.
- Provide time entry process expertise for field service delivery, platform integrations, and reporting.
- Represent business requirements and priorities in cross-division projects, working within the larger team to establish process standards.
- Drive and support continuous improvement of business performance in alignment with business unit strategies and business system capabilities.
- Partner closely with IT resources to address process improvement opportunities and to solve problems and initiate actions to prevent recurrence.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support business and IT in testing enhancements (system, regression, user acceptance and performance testing).
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 Year degree in Engineering, MIS, CS or recognized STEM field
- 3+ years of experience with the following:
- Field Service or Supporting Field Service Teams
- SAP CS business process knowledge.
- Project management skills - ability to plan, drive, track and communicate project progress and benefits delivery.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire other teams / others to be the best version of themselves.
- Enthusiastic and proactive in taking responsibility and initiative.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Broad experience in transforming business requirements into functional specifications and performing functional testing.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Master Data impact on field service processes
- An understanding of the integration points between CS and other SAP modules (e.g. SD, MM, PP, FI/CO).
- Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Siemens analytics ecosystem (e.g. Tableau, DAAI Workflow, Power Automate).
- SAP S4/ HANA knowledge.

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
