Siemens Healthineers Accounting & Controlling Centre of Competence has been perfecting the accuracy and efficiency of Accounting and Reporting for 22 countries of Europe and Central Asia. Our Automation team is driving automation and robotization of the processes within our organization, delivering optimal automation solutions using multiple tools - VBA - SAP GUI Scripting, Power BI, Power apps and Power Automate, SAP Analytics Cloud. If you have technical and programming knowledge and want to improve it, if you are interested in working with financial data, in data visualization, this position is for you.

Your role:

• You will maintain and debug existing automations built using VBScript (SAP GUI scripting), as well as VBA for MS Office applications
• You will monitor the performance of automation system (Power apps and Power Automate flows)
• You will assist in developing and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI
• You will analyze the usage of automations and dashboards and propose improvements
• You will perform other administrative tasks related to the daily work of the team

Your expertise:

• University student (2^nd – 4^th year) majoring in Accounting or IT.
• Tech Skills: Advanced Excel including VBA is a must, experience with PowerBI, Power apps and Power Automate knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Having the ability to analyze and think conceptually when dealing with complex financial matters.
• The ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.

Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 6€ gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
