This co-op will prepare you for a potential opportunity with our two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program and other entry-level roles upon graduation.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining scope of work for wiring activities for Switchboard production at the Fort Worth plant by analyzing wiring content of current and future customer jobs.

  • Modifying drawings, wire lists, and reports to make it easier for outside vendors to quote and build our assemblies.
  • Contributing to improvement projects with the Production Team to reduce non-value add activities in Wiring Assembly.
  • Reviewing the Bill of Material for outsourcing assemblies and providing support to ongoing pilots for new customer introduction.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Rising juniors, rising seniors, and master’s students pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related majors
  • Must be enrolled as a student at University of Texas Arlington at the time of the co-op
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) from January 2026 to May 2026
  • Eligible candidates must have reliable job transportation and be located within 50 miles of Fort Worth, TX as this role does not provide housing or relocation support
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
