Then come and join our global team as a Working Student (f/m/d) to support in the field of Community Management for Process Mining.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support us in managing and growing the Process Mining internal community, fostering engagement and collaboration
  • You will create and publish posts and updates on Viva Engage to keep the community informed and inspired
  • You will support us in preparing and supporting meetings, including agendas, follow-ups, and communication materials
  • You will assist in crafting internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and event invitations

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying in a commercial or economics field, e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are at least for 12 months available
  • You are confident using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams), ideally you already gained experience with Synthesia
  • You have a strong interest in community management, internal communications, or employee engagement


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good written and spoken English skills, German is a bonus
  • You’re a creative communicator who enjoys connecting people and ideas
  • You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • You bring a positive attitude and a proactive mindset to team collaboration
  • You’re eager to learn and contribute to a growing digital community
  • You are a proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • You are eager to learn new technologies and contribute to service innovation
